At the Miss Becky's Ballet ~ Tap & Jazz, one of our 3 rooms are an ideal place to create birthday memories that will last a lifetime. Let us help create a magical day your child will never forget! Each birthday package includes two hours of party time for the birthday dancer and seven guests, a host to guide party activity, an instructor for dance time, *crafts and goodies! (Please note on invitations to have the children arrive in any dance clothes they might already have!) After the party games there is gift time and soon it's time to sing and cut the cake! Birthday packages include everything you need for a fabulous party but parent's are welcome to bring along eats and drinks and your host will serve! Please let your party host know in advance what will be brought so that proper arrangements can be made. We can also provide food and fare for an additional fee. PARTY INFORMATION AND POLICIES *Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of party reservation. Balance is due 10 days prior to event. Party reservations are made on first come, first serve basis. Reservation is not considered confirmed without a deposit. * Decorations: All Birthday party rentals include ½ hour prior to party for decorating & food/beverage set-up by parent/guardian. All decorations must be removed, and room cleaned, when the party is over. No pins tacks allowed.*Have fun and be safe.Footwear: We ask that you note on your invitations: “Please bring your dance shoes” If you do not have dance shoes, you can wear any type of sneakers that are not worn in directly from the outside, or we recommend barefeet (socks are too slippery for the dance floor)”.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the parties?

Generally, the party time frame is as follows depending on package:

Party Time Frame

30-minute ballet class

45 minutes of crafts and/or games

15 minutes for singing/cake

30 minutes for gift opening, goody bags

*15 minutes additional for Premiere Ballerina Performance Package

This can be adjusted by your party hostess as needed, however your complete party time is 2 hours.

 

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit… we can teach all ages to DANCE!!

 

Can we just drop off the kids and come back after the party?

No. There must be at least one adult from the registration form present.

 

What if I need to cancel?

We will treat rescheduling as a cancellation, however if time is available and you reschedule within 2 weeks we will reapply the cancellation fee to your party fee.

 

Can parents stay and watch?

We love families!!

 

How young will you do a party for?

We limit our guest to 2.5 years and older.
